Day 1 : Arrive in Winnipeg
Arrive in Winnipeg and check in to a four star boutique hotel connected to the airport.
Day 2 : Journey to the Arctic
Fly from Winnipeg to Churchill, then board your private charter to our Polar Bear Cabins.
Fly over the famed "Polar Bear Alley," a region named for the impressive concentration of polar bears migrating north in autumn.
The 50 minute flight offers sweeping tundra views and the possibility of spotting wildlife from above. Enjoy your first afternoon in “polar bear alley.”
Day 3-5 : Polar Bear Cabins
Upon arrival, settle into the Polar Bear Cabins for a three-day stay, where the Arctic tundra stretches as far as the eye can see. Capture your first photos of this pristine landscape and, if luck is on your side, spot polar bears, Arctic foxes, Arctic hare, and gyrfalcon. Each day offers a new chance to experience the raw beauty and wildlife of the north.
Day 6 : Churchill & 4x4 Safari
Fly back to Churchill and check into your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a private 4x4 safari to spot polar bears and other wildlife with your expert guide. In the evening, experience a cultural gathering inside a cozy yurt featuring storytelling and traditional Indigenous cuisine.
Day 7 : Breakfast & Tour
Share a group breakfast and, depending on your flight, join a heritage tour or visit local shops. Your Arctic Kingdom representative will transfer you to the airport to check in to your flight. Fly to Winnipeg for an overnight stay at a local hotel.
Day 8 : Return Home
Continue your journey home carrying with you incredible stories of polar bears, arctic foxes, and the vast tundra that will stay with you long after your journey ends.

- CAD $2,750 deposit required at time of booking.
- Second payment of 20% is due 360 days prior to departure
- Third payment of 30% is due 240 days prior to departure
- Final payment due 120 days prior to departure date.
Cancellation Policy
- All requests for cancellations must be received in writing.
- Cancellations received up to 360 days prior to departure are refunded in full less an administrative fee of CAD $500 (+tax) per person.
- If cancellation is received between 359 and 240 days prior to departure, the deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations between 239-120 days to departure: All payments are 50% refundable.
- For cancellations received between 119 days and the departure date, all deposits and payments are forfeited.
Travel Arrangements
- Travel arrangements between your point of origin and Winnipeg (YWG) are the responsibility of the traveller.
- We strongly recommend that participants traveling on reduced-fare airline tickets avoid scheduling their journey home on the final day of the trip, as any changes or deviations from the ticketed itinerary may result in penalties, regardless of the reason.

- Due to the nature of this trip, trip cancellation/interruption insurance is highly recommended. It is a condition of joining this expedition that you must be insured against medical and personal accident risks and have medical evacuation coverage for the location to which they are travelling.

Fishing at Blachford Lodge
Blachford Lake offers trophy sized Lake Trout and Northern Pike! In recent years the winning entries in our Trophy Release Contest were a 38 lb. Lake Trout, and a 32 lb. Northern Pike. Whitefish can be caught in Blachford Lake, and Walleye (around 4 or 5 lb.) can be caught on two of the adjoining lakes that are just a short walk from Blachford Lake. The ice melts on the lake in early June making it an excellent time for fishing.
