Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your trip to ensure you are comfortable with our terms and conditions. By booking any trip with Arctic Kingdom, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions, and you and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are booking a Trip for individuals in addition to yourself, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all Trip participants (including minors and those under a disability), who will also be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Information Collection And Use
Personally identifiable information may refer to a combination of information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences and special needs/disabilities/dietary requirements that you supply us or is supplied to us, including your social preferences, interests and activities and any information about other persons you represent (such as those on your booking). Your information is collected when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa), make a booking, use our Site and any other engagement we or our business partners have with you.
We will update your information whenever we can to keep it current, accurate and complete.
How we use your information
We may collect, process and disclose your information to third parties, either directly or through our agency and booking partners, in order to provide you with our services, including booking your flight, tour, security, etc. The personal information enables us to provide you with trip information and provide travel services. If you book an Arctic Kingdom trip, Arctic Kingdom may be required to provide certain personal information to our service providers for the purposed of delivering your experience. This includes, but is not limited to, providing information when booking your flights. When you book travel services with us, you consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Arctic Kingdom.
Your information may also be used for:
- Informing you about our products, services and partners (provided we have received valid consent to do so)
- Allowing us to better understand your needs as a client and determine fit for our products
- Providing on-going service or support
- Ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff and products
- Accounting and administrative purposes
- Complying with laws, regulations, and other requirements
To make a booking with us, or request a service, you will be required to provide personal information. If you do not agree to our use of your information, as indicated above, we cannot do business with you or accept your booking.
Travel agents/agencies or tour operators
Arctic Kingdom collects personal information from agents and agencies as required to bookour trips and be properly credited for such booking. If you are an agent travelling with Arctic Kingdom, we may also collect employment-related information to confirm your eligibility for travel-industry promotions.
Contests, newsletters, live-chat and webinars
We may also collect personal information, including contact information such as name, address, and phone number or email address if you elect to contact us via contact us form or live-chat, enter a contest or sweepstakes with us, subscribe to our newsletter, register for a newsletter, request a brochure, or any other information request. We use this personal information for the purposes of administering the contests/sweepstakes or delivering the information you request.
If you apply for employment with Arctic Kingdom, we may collect and process information to identify and evaluate your suitability for the position. Data collected may include information about your career interests, employment history, personal information, and other information deemed necessary to process a job application and screen potential staff.
Third-party service providers
In addition to the above, we may also transfer your personal information to third parties who provide services on our behalf. For example, we may use third parties to process payments, run contests or promotions, etc. Your personal information may be maintained and processed by our service providers in Canada or other jurisdictions. Our service providers are given the information they need to provide their necessary functions, we do not authorize them to use or disclose your information for their own purposes. We will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of the Company for any other purpose unless you expressly authorize us to do so or as we are required or permitted by law.

We have implemented measures to help protect your personal information and maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards in an effort to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure of personal information. We recognize, however, that no program is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will ensure or warrant the security of any information. How can you access your information?
You have the right to access, update, and correct inaccuracies in your personal information in our custody and control, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law. We may request certain personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their personal information records. You also have the rights to:
- Request details on how long we will retain your information or the basis on how we use your information
- Require that your information is deleted by us, subject to any necessary legal requirements
- Object to or restrict our processing of your personal information (we may be unable to provide certain services to you)

We take part in ad retargeting, which requires our third-party advertisers to place cookies in your browser. Here’ s how it works: when you visit our website, advertising cookies will be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you’ re interested in on my website. Our display advertising partner then allows us to present you with retargeting advertising on other websites you visit based on your previous interaction with arctickingdom.com The techniques used do not collect personal information at all, such as your name, email address, postal address, or telephone number, unless it is supplied to us voluntarily, like by completing a form.
