What is a group?

Families, Photographers and your clients, Corporate, Sporting Groups, or just a group of friends are a few examples of who we have worked with.

Group Sizes

Sizes can be anywhere from 3 to 10 persons joining one of our existing scheduled trips such as the Narwhal and Polar Bear Floe Edge Adventure. For Private Group Travel, there is no limit on the maximum number of people as we will custom tailor a location, time of year.

On any of our scheduled trips where departure dates and pricing is already determined we offer the following incentives for anyone booking 3 or more persons:

Private Group Travel Program

Want your own floe edge destination, dive or dog sled trip with only your group? No problem. We can custom tailor a trip location, dates and activities anywhere in the arctic hemisphere – from Svalbard to Alaska.

Private Group Travel is based on you forming your own group of friends, family or club members and embarking on a specialized adventure holiday, where you’ve chosen the destination, date of departure and the itinerary. We will liaise closely with you to work out the best itinerary visiting all the places you wish or activities you would like to do. Plus, we’ll advise you on the best time to depart, the duration of your trip and what you’ll need to take with you.

Whether the basis of your trip is cultural, educational, or you just want to have fun and see the arctic in your own way – we can design the perfect itinerary and take care of all the details.
