EXPEDITION MANAGEMENT

Expedition management is intended for participants with significant outdoor experience with an interest or responsibility to manage large commercial, scientific or academic field camps. The course is taught in the field over 10 days and covers all aspects of running camps and the many systems and roles that must be coordinated for a seamless operation. Both camp management and equpiment management are separate aspects of expectation management and will all be covered in depth. The expedition manager is capable of looking after every aspect of the camp. This course provides the foundation to confidently handle everything necessary to keep things running smoothly and professionaly.
