Option 1: Whitehorse to Iqaluit Itinerary

Day 1 and 2 - Arrive in Whitehorse, Yukon. A 45-minute walking tour of Old Whitehorse takes you back in time to the gold rush of '98. A costumed guided introduces you to the rich and romantic history of the city. Overnight Whitehorse. Day 3 - There is leisure time before your late afternoon flight to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. Ask us how you can add an optional seasonal activity to make this adventure in Whitehorse your own. Overnight Yellowknife. Day 4 - The Canadian capital of diamond-mining has a colourful history. You will learn all about it on a morning walking tour. We can add an optional seasonal activity to round out your stay in the territory that is home to 11 distinct aboriginal peoples. Overnight Yellowknife. Day 5 through 7 - After landing in Iqaluit, join a guided tour of the city. You'll experience it on foot and from a vehicle. By the time you are dropped off at the hotel, you'll understand the political landscape of the third territorial capital you visit on this journey. Two half-day adventure activities are included in the package price. The guided activities depend on your chosen travel dates. It could be a snowmobile adventure or an ATV trek through a territorial park or a boat trip on Frobisher Bay. Overnight Iqaluit. Day 8 - We transfer you to the airport for your onward flight.

Option 2: Iqaluit to Whitehorse

Day 1 through 3 - Arrive in the seaside capital, Iqaluit, and experience a guided city tour by foot and in a vehicle. By the By the time you are dropped off at the hotel, you'll understand the political landscape of the third territorial capital you visit on this journey. Two half-day adventure activities are included in the package price. The guided activities depend on your chosen travel dates.
