DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & SPECIAL PROJECTS

Allan combines a love of travel, the outdoors and winter sports together with a love of numbers and extensive financial experience critical to design and manage Arctic Kingdom’s most sophisticated expeditions and corporate, institutional and government programs. Allan’s outdoor experience includes canoe tripping, hiking, skiing, winter camping and military exercises while a member of the Canadian Army. An avid mountaineer, he has climbed several peaks on both coasts of North America and skied throughout North America and Europe. Before joining Arctic Kingdom, Allan spent a decade working around the world in financial markets doing economic forecasting, risk management and international business development. Allan is responsible for establishing and managing expedition and custom program budgets and oversees the processing of film labour incentive programs for television and movie productions as well as research incentive programs for scientists.
