Adam Ryan

Chef Adam Ryan is a graduate of the Culinary School at Humber College who also broadened his education through the International Sommelier Guild. Adam has honed his skills in many high profile restaurants throughout North America and Italy in areas that are known for their rich history and culture. He spent time at Alinea in Chicago, a 3 star Michelin restaurant, and Minibar by Jose Andreas in Washington, DC. While working in the bistro at the famous Italian winery, Castello di Fonterutoli in Chianti, Tuscany, Adam learned to truly appreciate farm to table cuisine using regional ingredients. Outside of his traditional restaurant experience, Adam competed on the inaugural season of Chopped Canada. He was also featured as a main stage chef at the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto, working with Woolwich Dairy Goat Cheese.
